It’s a new age for marijuana smokers across the United States where weed is not criminalized. President Joe Biden’s most recent decision to remove people from prison who got there due to a minor marijuana offense is starting to lead to more decisions about the plant. In a recent report from Bloomberg, 10 Circle K stores in Florida can now sell it. The goal is to sell them across the country.
This includes all gas stations, which is a first in not only American but world history as well. Before this decision was made, you could only buy ganjah at dispenseries with a permit to sell but that has now changed.
If you are 21 years or older, you will be now have the capacity to buy marijuana at a gas station. A decision that will affect the American economy in a positive manner.

Who reached the agreement with the U.S. Government?
According to Bloomberg, Green Thumb Industries Inc. were the ones who struck a deal with the Florida Government for this initiative. They teamed up with Alimentation Couche-Tard Circle K Stores. Under this deal, Green Thumb has been allowed to sell licensed cannabis at at least 10 gas stations in the state of Florida. This is just the start, the initiative will expand over the next year.
No financial terms between both parties were disclosed but the cannabis company is the one that will lease space from Circle K locaitons. The deal is set to kick-off in 2023 as Bloomberg pointed out that no other country in the world has gas stations selling cannabis legally. Places like Germany or Uruguay do sell the plant but in pharmacies, not gas stations.

This new move from the cannabis industry has the ultimate goal to normalize sells of the plant across the country when it’s legal everywhere. If this industry fuses with standard consumer products, the American economy will see a dramatic increase and it has even the potential to save part of it.
This deal is regarded as a step forward for everybody. These outlets will be branded as ‘RISE Express‘ stores and they will have a separate entrance from the gas station
