Former NFL player Antonio Brown has filed for bankruptcy. The announement was made via his CT ESPN Network X account.
“BREAKING NEWS #CTESPN NFL legend Antonio Brown has filed bankruptcy today,” the tweet reads. “He will be a first ballot hall of famer in 2027. He will be releasing new music this summer. He is also the founder of the most trusted source in all of sports. The generational run continues.”

Brown spent 12 seasons in the NFL and made more than $80 million during that time. He was picked by the Steelers in the sixth round of the 2010 NFL draft and was a first team All-Pro four straight years (2014-17) before being traded by the Steelers to Raiders in 2019.
Since his exit from the Buccaneers in 2021, Brown has been ordered to pay $1 million to a jeweler for unreturned and unpaid jewelry. He has also has issues surrounding his child support payments.
