Despite the controversial background & History Of Empire Records, Newly Signed Artist & Philadelphia Rapper Pooh Geez says he doesn’t believe the hype & basically isn’t concerned.

Philly is small, everybody knows your business – just 2 days after I signed my deal, I was honored that State Property’s Omillio Sparks called to congratulate me & in my mind I was like lol, n**ga how tf you know”?
“Same thing in every city, it’s a circle & if you got beef you can’t be moving casually no more! Take XXX & Young Dolph, R.I.P – one was car shopping & the other was grabbing some cookies, they were both moving casually.
“Brave men who on one hand its like im not gonna live my life in fear but on the other hand its like you gotta think about your family friends & your future”.
“So if & when I reach their level of success & inherit rap beef, I won’t be living in fear but out of love & respect for my family friends & label I won’t be moving casually either.
“As a D.J/Rapper I’ve been shot at stabbed swung on bumrushed in all of that! And lol along the way I’ve had to hand out a few choice ass whoopings myself!”
