N.Y JETS TO CHRIS JOHNSON: BYE BOY!!

THE N. Y JETS HAVE DECLINED TO Keep Running back Chris Johnson today. They actually had till Monday to do it but obviously Saturday  is a much better day to kick someone to the curb. Chris started 2014 with a surgically repaired knee ( damaged goods ) and put up  a pedestrian like 663 yds. On 155 carries. The handwriting was pretty much on the wall when he had to split reps with fellow back Cris Ivory and it didn’t help that this past January he got arrested for openly carrying a firearm ( apparently the cops think they’re the only ones who can do that ) Poor Chris if only he could’ve recaptured the explosiveness he showed  with his former teams the Tennessee Titans 2008-2013 where he put up nearly 8,000 yds. In 2009 alone he put up 2,006 yds.  In the end the Jets said all that nice stuff you say when you kick someone to the curb like ” we wish you the best and we hope you find success in your future endeavors of life and blah blah blah were gonna say all this stuff to cover up the fact that we just kicked you to the curb and saved ourselves millions of dollars” Hopefully Chris will find a new team as he is now a  30 yr. old free agent.
