In 2024, phones are practically extensions of our hands. Ignoring calls and leaving texts unanswered doesn’t make you mysterious—it makes you look shady and unreliable. People who dodge messages think they’re playing the game, but really, they’re playing themselves.
If someone takes the time to reach out, the least you can do is respond. Leaving messages on read or acting like you “didn’t see it” isn’t fooling anyone. Communication is instant, so not replying is a choice—and the person on the other end knows it.
Avoiding messages won’t erase responsibility; it only highlights a lack of respect and accountability. Being real means handling situations head-on, even when it’s uncomfortable. Silence isn’t power—it’s proof that you can’t keep it real.
So next time you think about ignoring that call or text, remember: respect is built on action, not avoidance. You’re not slick—we see the truth loud and clear.
