For those who support the Black agenda, this is what you’re actually getting. This is who’s benefiting from Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) programs. Guess who’s not benefiting out of all these so-called Black people? American Freedmen.
Don’t be foolish. Donald Trump is right. The Supreme Court is right. DEI is unconstitutional. It dilutes reparative efforts for the descendants of enslaved people and prioritizes other groups. The facts below expose the truth behind DEI’s impact.
*Top 10 Beneficiaries of DEI Initiatives*
1. White Women
White women have been the largest beneficiaries, especially in education and employment, despite the original intent of affirmative action for American Freedmen.
2. Immigrants (African, Caribbean, Latin American)
Immigrant communities frequently leverage DEI programs, often overshadowing American Freedmen who have a distinct historical claim.
3. LGBTQ+ Individuals
LGBTQ+ advocacy groups have gained significant support and visibility through DEI initiatives, which detracts from issues specific to Freedmen.
4. Corporations and Educational Institutions
Organizations benefit from DEI by improving public image and securing funding, without addressing Freedmen’s unique reparative needs.
5. DEI Consulting Firms
DEI training firms profit massively from corporate spending on diversity initiatives, with limited focus on the historical needs of Freedmen.
6. Asian Immigrant Communities
Asian communities have benefitted from DEI, particularly in the tech sector, further diverting opportunities from American Freedmen.
7. Nonprofits and NGOs
Many organizations that prioritize general inclusivity receive major funding, often at the expense of Freedmen-focused causes.
8. Media and Entertainment
DEI in entertainment promotes diverse casting, often sidelining the distinct narratives of American Freedmen in favor of broader diversity.
9. Tech Companies
Tech giants benefit from a diversified talent pool but often overlook the needs of American Freedmen in hiring practices.
10. Local and State Governments
DEI programs allow governments to meet diversity quotas, but fail to address the structural issues facing American Freedmen.
This is who’s benefiting. DEI doesn’t serve real interests of American Freedmen.
